Trustbit merges with TIMETOACT GROUP Austria and thus joins the TIMETOACT GROUP

We are delighted to announce a decisive milestone in our company history: After almost 16 years of successful existence as an owner-managed company, we are entering a new chapter of growth and digital innovation: Trustbit is merging with TIMETOACT GROUP Austria and thus joining the TIMETOACT GROUP.

As part of the merger, Jörg Egretzberger, the former Managing Director of Trustbit, is taking on the role of Co-Managing Director at TIMETOACT GROUP Austria. Together with Olaf Schermann, General Manager of TIMETOACT GROUP Austria, they will form the top management of the company.

Headquartered in Cologne, the TIMETOACT GROUP comprises specialized IT companies at locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as in Ukraine, Latvia, Malaysia, Singapore and the USA. With over 1,250 employees and a comprehensive portfolio of software and consulting services, the digitalization expert primarily targets medium-sized and large companies from the industrial, financial and service sectors as well as public sector institutions. In the near future, we plan to move the Trustbit brand legally into the background in order to present ourselves on the market as a unified and strengthened TIMETOACT GROUP Austria. Exciting changes are therefore in store for us.
